Stuffed Medjool Dates

Dried dates are sweet, chewy, and make a delicious snack or dessert. As tasty as they are, always be mindful when it comes to dried fruit..they usually pack more calories than fresh fruit! But don't worry about counting calories, simply enjoy these in moderation (about 2-3) and it'll be the perfectly portioned sweet fix!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2-3 Medjool dates
  • 1 tsbp unsalted, natural nut butter 

 

DIRECTIONS: 

Remove pit from each date. Scoop 1/2 tbsp of nut butter into the flaps of each date.
