1/2 cup raw beet, peeled
1/2 green apple, cored
1/2 cup water

Blend beets, orange, apple, banana, and add more or less water depending on the consistency you prefer. If you like your smoothies thicker, add less liquid and if you like your smoothies thinner, add more liquid.
To make it a SmooChia, pour the smoothie into a glass and top it off with chia seed pudding. Top with unsweetened granola if you'd like it to be more filing, mix and enjoy!
