I offer private nutrition coaching to help you develop a healthy relationship with food, your mind, and your body—so that you can have more energy and mental space for important things and people in life that matter most.
As an intuitive eating dietitian, I'll help you reclaim control of your body's internal hunger and fullness cues, and help you rediscover the pleasure and satisfaction of eating—without guilt or shame. I also incorporate my training in meditation and yoga, to help you find a balanced approach to food physical movement.
Together we will explore harmful beliefs you hold about food and your body, and gradually help you replace them with compassionate thoughts, effective tools and strategies to help you feel your best.
My Philosophy and Mission
No dairy, no gluten, no carbs, no fat… who can keep up with the latest forbidden foods?! From social media to magazine articles, there is a lot of diet noise and relentless pressure to be a certain size. The simple fact is: Diets do not work. They do not lead to sustainable weight loss and can actually cause more harm.
I practice evidence-based nutrition science with a Health at Every Size approach. This means that I will never put you on a diet or encourage weight loss, no matter what size you are. Instead, I'll help you achieve true health by focusing on your body's internal needs rather than exterior goals.
My mission is to help you get off of the diet rollercoaster and help you become self-reliant on your own intuition for hunger, fullness, rest and movement.
What to Expect
Individual sessions are offered in person or via phone/Skype. Throughout your journey, you'll always have access to me via email in between sessions.
When we begin, we will explore your beliefs around food, wellness and body image. We will uncover the ways in which the diet mentality is showing up for you and develop strategies to help you break free from negative thoughts and behaviors around food.
I'll help you make peace with food so that you can discover the joy of eating all foods, without feeling like you will lose control. (Yes, even the ones you considered "off-limits.")

Fees for Nutrition Coaching
- Initial session: $200
- 45-minute follow-up: $150
- 30-minute follow-up: $120
Location: My office is located on E. 58th Street in Manhattan. For phone/Skype sessions, you'll be provided with this information upon confirmation of your appointment.
Payment: I accept cash, all major credit cards, and check, due at the time of service.
Insurance: I do not currently accept insurance. Services are considered Out of Network. Sliding scale may be available.
Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the case of a no-show for an appointment, or if you do not give 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the entire hour. Please note, a credit card will be required to hold your appointment spot.
