Beetroot SmooChia

BEETROOT SMOOCHIA

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup raw beet, peeled
1/2 orange
1/2 green apple, cored
1/2 banana
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chia seed pudding  ♡ this is a staple in my fridge, but if you don't already have a batch ready to go, check out my recipe here ›› chia seed pudding


INSTRUCTIONS

Blend beets, orange, apple, banana, and add more or less water depending on the consistency you prefer. If you like your smoothies thicker, add less liquid and if you like your smoothies thinner, add more liquid. 

To make it a SmooChia, pour the smoothie into a glass and top it off with chia seed pudding. Top with unsweetened granola if you'd like it to be more filing, mix and enjoy!

2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 banana
1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend spinach, pineapple, banana and add more or less water depending on the consistency you prefer. If you like your smoothies thicker, add less liquid and if you like your smoothies thinner, add more liquid.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 orange
1/2 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened 
1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients into a blender, and mix until you reach desired consistency. If using fresh fruits instead of frozen, chill smoothie prior to serving or add in 1/2 cup ice cubes.
