PREP TIME: 5 MINS
- 1 slice sprouted wheat toast
- 1 tbsp hummus
- 1 small tomato
- *optional: pepper, red pepper flakes
Place wheat bread in toaster oven. Meanwhile, wash and slice tomato. Remove toast, spread hummus and layer with sliced tomatoes. *Season with pepper or red pepper flakes.
